Read these terms before installing or using this beta. The permission to use
REP's proprietary software is subject to these terms. If you do not agree,
do not install or use it. No ownership is transferred by receiving a copy.

1. Permission to use the beta

REP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to
install and run an authorized copy of the beta on devices you control for
your own gameplay and evaluation of REP. You may make copies needed for that
installation and one personal backup, preserving these terms and notices.
This permission does not allow you to operate a separate service using REP's
proprietary software or to distribute the software to other people.

2. Sharing REP with other players

You may share links to REP's official website, Discord or authorized download
posts. You may share screenshots, gameplay recordings, reviews of REP and
feedback about the beta, including criticism, while respecting other
people's privacy. These permissions do not allow repackaging the software,
using REP's branding for your own product, or claiming REP endorses you.

3. Restrictions on the software

Except with REP's prior written permission, as allowed above, under an
applicable third-party license, or as required by applicable law, you may not:

- Redistribute, upload, mirror or publish the extension package or its
  proprietary source code, including modified copies.
- Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise supply the software to others.
- Copy or adapt REP's protected code or assets to build or distribute a
  clone, derivative product or competing service.
- Rebrand the software, claim authorship of REP's protected work, or remove
  its ownership, license or attribution notices.
- Use the beta to bypass authentication, access controls or usage limits,
  obtain other users' private data, or interfere with the service.

You may inspect the code to understand what runs on your device and perform
good-faith security research on your own installation without accessing
another person's data or disrupting the live service. Contact REP privately
about a vulnerability. This license does not grant permission to test systems
operated by FACEIT, Valve, Discord or other third parties.

4. Ownership and limits of this license

REP reserves the rights it holds in its proprietary software and original
project material. The software is licensed, not sold. No permission is
granted to use REP's name or logo as the branding of another product.

This license applies only to rights the licensor owns or is authorized to
license. It does not claim exclusive rights in ideas, facts, functionality,
public-domain material, unprotectable AI-generated material, or material
owned by third parties. Any applicable third-party or open-source license
continues to govern its respective material and takes precedence for that
material. See NOTICE.txt for the ownership notice and exclusions.

You retain any rights you hold in your reviews, notes and other content.
This software license does not transfer ownership of that content to REP.

5. Beta availability and warranties

The beta may contain errors and may change or be discontinued. REP does not
promise uninterrupted access, accurate community opinions, compatibility
with every FACEIT update, or that an announced feature or prize is active.
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided "as is" and "as
available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose or non-infringement. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that
applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

6. Ending use and changes to the terms

You may stop using the beta at any time by uninstalling it. Your permission
under this license ends if you materially breach these terms; you must then
stop using and delete your copies of REP's proprietary software, subject to
any rights applicable law preserves. Account-data deletion is a separate
control described in the privacy notice.

New versions may be offered under updated terms identified with a new
version or effective date. Posting new terms does not retroactively change
the terms supplied with an older copy.

does not claim that REP is an incorporated company or a registered trademark.

REP's proprietary beta software is licensed for the permitted use described
in LICENSE.txt. Receiving the extension, being invited to test it, or gaining
access to a source repository does not transfer ownership or grant permission
to redistribute, rebrand or sell its protected material.

This notice does not claim ownership of FACEIT or Valve/Steam names, logos,
level artwork, game/skin images, player profile images, game or match facts,
or content contributed by other users. Those materials remain subject to
their respective rights. REP is independent of FACEIT, Valve and Discord
and is not sponsored or endorsed by them. Existing third-party notices and
licenses must be preserved; this notice does not replace them.

Some project material was produced with AI assistance. Rights are claimed
only to the extent they exist in protectable material held by the licensor.
This notice does not create copyright in purely AI-generated or otherwise
unprotectable material and is not a copyright or trademark registration.
