- Install and refresh. Add REP from the Chrome Web Store, review Chrome’s permission prompt, and refresh your open FACEIT tabs.
- Read the context. Open a supported FACEIT CS2 matchroom. Look for REP review counts and indicators under player names, then open the feedback behind them.
- Leave fair feedback. Connect FACEIT in REP and choose an eligible completed match as teammates. Describe the match you played: useful comms, good calls, smart utility, or problems that mattered.
No feedback yet? That means nobody has left feedback, not that the player has a bad reputation. Read reviews in context and form your own view.

Can I review any FACEIT player?
REP checks that you played together on the same team in an eligible completed match. Connect FACEIT in REP and choose an eligible match before leaving feedback.
Does REP verify what a review says?
REP checks match eligibility. The feedback itself reflects player opinions, not verified findings or an official skill rating. Read the context and form your own view. Reviews and tags expire after 90 days.
Why hasn’t my written feedback appeared?
Written feedback is screened. Text that passes can publish automatically; flagged text or an incomplete check waits for REP staff. Waiting for review does not mean your feedback was rejected.
REP is installed. Why can't I see it?
Refresh your open FACEIT tabs and check that REP is enabled in Chrome. Look on a supported FACEIT CS2 matchroom, and keep only one REP installation enabled. If it still does not appear, use the support link below and include your REP version and the page you tried.
Is the Store version the same as a local Beta?
Use the public Chrome Web Store release for normal play. Local Beta builds can contain unreleased interface experiments, including profile-layout changes. Those experiments are not part of this download until a Store release is published. Keep only one REP installation enabled, then refresh FACEIT. Chrome updates Store installations as published releases roll out.
I use another FACEIT extension. What should I choose?
REP offers companion mode, which turns off REP auto-accept and friend sorting. Use only one extension's auto-accept at a time. Optional desktop PUG alerts also require Chrome to be running and your notification settings to allow them.
What else comes with REP?
Player profiles, recent and shared games, private saves and notes, PUG invitations, Community posts and contributor rankings support the reputation experience. Quick Stack, Sort friends and optional match tools work on supported FACEIT pages. Discover performance leaderboards are coming soon. Explore the features and their limits.
